WILDLIFE POND OVERHAUL

This sweet existing pond was collapsing, the liner was split many places, and having been lovingly built by the family some 40 years previously it had done pretty well!  I was called in to advise on how best to rebuild it.  Starting in late summer, we temporarily relocated the aquatic wildlife into holding pools and re-built the pond.  Reinforcied banks, installation of new underlay and liner, a small 'beach' area for the regular visiting mammals to come and drink from, a little trickle of water and a mini bog gardenand  voilà - lovely!
